LOOK AFTER YOUR JOINTS!

The following links below consists of elementary techniques and are in no way inferior to the advanced postures/techniques. They are very useful in improving physical health as they loosen up the joints of the body. It is particularly useful for eliminating energy blockages in the joints of the physical body, and for improving coordination, self-awareness and self-confidence. It is excellent for those debilitated by rheumatism, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart problems or other ailments where vigorous physical exercise is not advised.

All you need is 5-10 minutes in the day. Breathe and feel.
ASSUME THE BASE POSITION FIRST
