YOGA IN OXFORD

WHERE?
Littlemore Community Centre, Giles Road OX4 4NW
There is on-street parking and space at the back of the community centre.

WHEN & HOW MUCH?
Every Monday & Thursday 6-7PM
Classes are Pay-What-You-Can*
*£2-5-9-12 suggested donation

Please note that from October, only Monday 6-7PM will be running.
There will be no class from 16th November.
Class will resume 6th January 2020.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A mat if you have one as spares are limited to newcomers. Water. Cash. Something light and comfortable to move around in, a loosely fitted t-shirt or vest and jogging bottoms always do the trick.

I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I COME?
If you have any injuries, health concerns or are pregnant,
please see the list at the bottom of the website and contact Elly before coming to class: 07376247432 info@livelearnloveyoga.com

No need to book, just drop in.

Come along, give it a go. Try.
You might feel awkward, stiff and wobbly.
You might feel absolutely fabulous.

Interested in a private class? Let me know your availability.
It’s £45 for 1 hour for 1-to-1 or a group of up to 3 people.
