YOGA in OXFORD

Beginners and experienced welcome. Do what you can.

WHERE?
Littlemore Community Centre, Giles Road OX4 4NW
Every Monday 6-7PM
Pay-What-You-Can £2-5-9-15
No need to book, just drop in.
Parking: on-street; behind community centre.

This class will not be running from 16th November.
Class will resume 6th January 2020.

Every Monday 8:15-9PM £5
Please call The Park Club on 01865 335300 to book.
Parking: on-site

2020
No classes will be running in April, August & December and during
the following half-term dates: May 25th-31st & October 19th-25th
Monday 6-7PM in July will be held on the Corpus Christi Barge :)

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A mat if you have one as spares are limited to newcomers.
A bottle of water. Something warm to put on for the
relaxation period at the end of the class.

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Loosely fitted clothing easy to move around in as we will be standing, seated, kneeling and lying down on both the front and back of the body.
A loosely fitted t-shirt or vest and jogging bottoms always do the trick.

I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I STILL COME?
If you have any injuries, health concerns or are pregnant,

You might feel awkward, stiff and wobbly.
You might feel absolutely fabulous.

I am currently available Monday & Tuesdays between 9AM-12PM
It’s £45 for 1 hour for 1-to-1 or a group of up to 3 people.

LOOK AFTER THE JOINTS

“The following consists of elementary techniques and are in no way inferior to the advanced postures/techniques. They are very useful in improving physical health as they loosen up the joints of the body. It is particularly useful for eliminating energy blockages in the joints of the physical body, and for improving coordination, self-awareness and self-confidence. It is excellent for those debilitated by rheumatism, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart problems or other ailments where vigorous physical exercise is not advised.”
